Carpentry & Building Construction Class is a combination of class and lab activities at Edmonds Community College with the portion being spent on a building site constructing a single family residence. You will be taking six college classes all part of the CIT program at Edmonds CC.

Construction Trades: apprenticeship level for Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Laborers, etc
Continuing on in college and earning Construction Management degree, qualifying for entry level construction management and supervisory positions
Entry level positions in residential construction trades, new and remodel, starting around $15 an hour
Working as a weatherization or home performance (energy optimization) tech
Working in related construction trades: building inspector, home inspector, utilities technician, etc.
