Tuesdays are designed to enhance one’s ability to explode/jump through a progressive plyometric type training program. Thursdays are set aside to reward the students by participating in an activity of fun and games - maybe Quickball, softball, basketball, pickleball… Confidence is assured to improve through this course. This course is for all who have had PE Basics or an equivalent. Students may have a small research paper on an aspect of physical education or fitness to enhance their understanding.
