    Fit for Life provides a solid background to understand your personal fitness needs through a variety of activities, sports, games and assessments. Class will rotate days in the weight room, gyms or outside for a variety of activities addressing all the components of fitness. Students will learn to work on their fitness strengths and weaknesses through designing a personal fitness plan based on fitness assessments and goals. An emphasis is placed upon demonstrating sportsmanship and teamwork through contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Assessments include daily participation, written work, logs and tests. This course may be repeated for credit.
