Peer Mediation
Peer Mediation is a student-led process designed to help resolve conflicts in a respectful, structured way. Instead of arguments escalating, trained student mediators guide both sides through a conversation where each person can be heard, clarify what happened, and work toward a solution.
The process is simple: both students agree to participate, meet with neutral peer mediators, and talk through the situation step-by-step. Mediators don’t take sides or assign consequences—they help keep the conversation productive and focused on finding a resolution both people can agree to.
Peer Mediation is voluntary, confidential, and focused on solving problems so students can move forward.
