Senior Checkout
Senior Checkout is the final clearance process required for all graduating seniors. This process ensures that all school obligations have been completed, including returning materials, resolving fines or fees, and meeting academic and graduation requirements. Students will be required to obtain clearances from designated departments before being approved for graduation. Detailed instructions, timelines, and required forms will be provided, and all steps must be completed by the posted deadline in order to participate in commencement activities and receive a diploma.
Typical Items that must be completed:
- Return Library Books to Library
- Return Textbooks to Teacher
- Return old Textbooks to Front Office to have fees removed
- Return Chromebook to Chromebook Support in the HUB
- Return Athletic Equipment to Athletics
- Pay all Fees and Fines
- Pass classes, obtain teacher signature for each class in the second semester on provided checkout form during Finals week
- Complete all Naviance Tasks (Get support from College and Career Center)
- Complete Senior Exit Survey in Naviance. Available in late April.
- Pick-up all medications with School Nurse
- Academic Clearance with assigned School Counselor

As you prepare to graduate from high school, you should be aware that all the data in your school Google account (Google Drive, Gmail, Blogs, Sites, etc.) will be archived in September, and you will no longer be able to access it.
