Transcript Requests for College Applications
Students applying to colleges are responsible for requesting official transcripts through the school’s designated process. Transcripts are not sent automatically. Requests should be submitted well in advance of application deadlines to allow for processing time. Be sure to confirm whether your college requires transcripts to be sent directly from the school or through Naviance. Students are also responsible for tracking their application deadlines and verifying that all required materials have been received by each institution.
When a student meets all graduation requirements, we will be able to issue final transcripts that students may use to verify they have graduated from high school. Final transcripts will be ready in late June unless otherwise noted.
Diplomas
Students are often confused when their diploma is not provided to them during the Graduation Ceremony. Diplomas will be made available for pick-up in late August in the MTHS Counseling Office.
