Cross Country

Head Coach: Alex Walde

Cross Country is a sport that is open to all students at Mountlake Terrace and the program will encourage and foster a lifestyle committed to success on and off the “field”. We will strive for individual and team success day in and day out. Hard work and dedication will lead to positive results and allow student athletes to build confidence, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of an active/healthy lifestyle. Through team bonding and activities student athletes will feel a sense of comradery, build relationships, develop communication skills, and have a great time. Student athletes will come away from the program feeling like they have a sense of belonging, a joy for running, and developed skills that will help them be successful through life.

Thank you!
